  • An Account Manager is responsible to consult the client & deliver social & digital media strategies for the brands. As a representative of WATConsult, the personnel will be accountable to manage a complete portfolio of clients to meet their social & digital requirement thereby contributing in overall brand management and achieving excellence in its expectation.


  • Craft & implement social / digital campaign strategies for creating brand awareness thus strengthen brand positioning and meet brand objectives
  • Conduct internal audits, analyze social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather data and determine efficacy and areas for campaign improvement
  • Set strategic roadmaps/objectives for digital projects, report on ROI for effective implementation of strategies
  • Model & track KPI’s to measure campaign/digital project performance as necessary
  • Plan and prepare quarterly, bi-annual & annual campaign reports and assist in crafting roadmaps for the brand
  • Proactively collaborate with all teams (viz. SEO/Tech/Media/ORM/ Research/Ecommerce, others) in order to provide authentic and helpful responses for campaign & brand requirements
  • Ensure that all deliverables exceed set expectations
  • Commercial reporting, accounting and finance/forecasting responsibility for owned accounts such as billing and collections
  • Liaison with third party vendors, influencers, partner firms on behalf of the brand for campaigns & projects and take responsibility for its commercials and negotiations
  • Oversee & participate in the on-ground events & workshops as deemed necessary
  • Proactively initiate, publish PR activities and case studies on quarterly basis
  • Perform research on current industry trends and audience preferences and make efficient use of insights drawn to improvise digital marketing strategies.
  • Identify new opportunities to promote and assist in brands’ business growth
  • Establish a robust relationship with the client(s), collect briefs, consult them thereby ensure effective execution of SOW (scope of work) and efficient alignment of tasks and timelines, internally as well as externally
  • Lead, drive, challenge & participate at all stage of the strategizing, planning, creative and delivery process
  • Define timelines and milestone requirements and manage sign offs with the clients
  • Producing project schedules, creative briefs and plans, risk assessments, delivery plans and weekly progress/status reports
  • Address escalations & queries (internal & external) in an effective and seamless manner thereby efficiently service & cultivate existing relationship
  • Effectively manage & mentor the immediate team(s), direct them in finding creative solutions to both client and internal challenges, build up knowledge-sharing across all disciplines
  • Provide the immediate team with all necessary trainings & tools to improve their core expertise and aid in continued career growth
  • Effectively manage and overcome scathing challenges


  • Post Graduate, Graduate or holder of UGC approved Diploma in Mass Media / Marketing Communication / Advertising or equivalent
  • Certification in Digital Media / SEO / SEM / Ecommerce/Strategy or Planning will be added honors
  • 3.5 – 6 years of work experience with a brand, digital/social/advertising/creative/media agency


  • Comprehensive knowledge of Social & Digital Media, Online Marketing, Publishing platforms and abreast with latest industry trends, model, communication concepts, practices, tools, etc.
  • Dynamic written communication, presentation and oration skills; strong hold on language
  • Should have a constant and relevant presence in the social spaces
  • Innate balanced analytical and strategic thinking ability
  • A business and brand thinker, understanding the relationship between media and business outcomes
  • Strong understanding of the changing role of digital media in brand development
  • Highly organized to be able to handle multiple deadline driven projects and workflows
  • Able to train, manage and guide a team of highly skilled individuals
  • Ability to effectively communicate company brand values via social media
