Objective

The objective was simple- get maximum quality leads at minimum CPL (Rs.1000); the challenge was to achieve this target.

Initially the CPL was above Rs1500/- and this was a concern.  As a solution to this, We Looked Deeper At The Keywords And Went Local With Our Search Campaign. Based on observation  and analysis the keywords targeted focused on demographic based pshycology. Ef: Luxury worked well in North India where as amenenited worked better in South India.

We personalized the ads and landing pages and made direct ads that will attract our TG.

As a result of this leads within 3 months the CPL dropped from Rs.1341 to Rs. 978/-

 Our Idea

The ads have been customized based on demographics and psychology. Based on observation and analysis of people from different cities the ads customized. Ex. Luxury for North Indians and amenities for South Indians, ads have be targeted. The landing pages etc. all have been customized

Our Execution

The ad copies were customized as per demographics and optimized to get the targeted result.

Results

A very high CPL was effectively brought down from Rs.1341 to Rs.978 in a span on 3 month and of the leads generate 20%  where high value property buyers and hence the roi was high as well.
