Our team consists of young folks who are immersed in social media. Infact social media is probably the only media they understand and its a natural media for communication to them. This gives them deeper insights than most other teams who look at social media as a tool and not as a way of life.

    The official Gujju Ambassador in WAT office. Ruchi is the Dhokla Queen with a Belan in her hand. She is a sweet gujju unless you get on her bad side. She has over 3 years of Public Relations experience and over 2 years of core social media experience here at WATConsult. She is great at client servicing but not so great at technology. Offlate a blackberry addict and the only married woman (think aunty) in our office. Ruchi brings a combination of professionalism and warmth to office that keeps our culture fun yet professional.   • Sahil Shah - Senior Account Manager

    Sahil is another Townie (South Mumbai) boy who HATES traveling. He writes about all-things-tech, typically in the Indian market for popular blogs like Penn-Olson & iMediaConnection. A Media Expert who over the last two years at WAT has gamed everything from facebook to foursquare. He is great at managing a team and tracking trends on social media. He is someone who has an undying thirst to learn more and thats something that sets him apart.   • Milind G - Social Media Strategist

    Arashdeep AKA Arshi is the formatting and processes queen of our office. Right from presentations to excel sheets to tasklists to timelines is all her forte. She ensures everyone does their job (even the CEO - Rajiv listens to her). Known to be sharp tongued when it comes to speaking her mind but she makes sense most of the time (she is a sardarni after all and cant be smart always!). She joined us as BD exec but has has been given the task of straightening out our processes and some of us as well! :D Warning! This is one chic you dont mess with in WAT Office!   • Yosef B - Social Media Strategist

    Late comer and LOUD! That's Milind Gonsalves! Not many know we named him Giant Gonsalves after his huge appetite and heavy lunch eating habits. Milind has over a year of social media experience and is equally good at strategy as he is with his knowledge of tools and how to use them. He is a natural when it comes to social media. He shows flashes of brilliance during our creative brainstorming sessions and when not finding COOL social media stuff he is usually listening to music or laughing loudly in office. And lastly he is our inhouse football expert!

  • Dixita Soni - BD Manager

    Yosef wants to be a successful musician someday. Although he is an extremely silent guy who does his job quietly (and is good at it) he makes sure his pranks reach all corners of the office (Yes! He is a Real Prankster! Girls Beware!). He is a No Non-Sense Guy and will always give you his mind. He believes in eating out at lunch - as getting out refreshes you (especially if you work at Kala Ghoda). He is great at organizing work with post it notes , great at one liners and has a head full of WhACkY IdEaS!

    Dixita AKA Dixi & Jadya! She is a pocket sized dynamite who is aggressive and very passionate about her work. If you are her client be prepared to be answerable as she hates delays and would always follow up on several deadlines with you. She is another gujju who loves working hard and partying harder! Her earlier experience with a financial services firm gives her an edge when handling B2B clients at WAT! Just be careful though.. You dare say anything that 'demotivates' her.. Or you've had it!

    Rabi is not his actual name. He is officially called 'Please Rabi' or 'Please Please Rabi' at work. The beloved designer of Watconsult he is the one all girls run after and even the guys do- to get their designs done. A thorough visualiser, he is very helpful in teaching everyone the intricacies of PhotoShop as long as they don't get lost and give up themselves. A versatile designer, Rabi's designs have impressed everyone from the girly brands to the macho ones. With a dream to be the best typographer in the country he is seen working on his personal projects in the little time he manages between making brands beautiful.
