4. How will I receive the report?

5. Will I receive an invoice against my purchase?
After the purchase, an invoice will be mailed to you on your
registered email address.
6. What are the payment and refund terms?
Payments once made are non-refundable and no cancellations are
permitted once the user has logged in the report portal. Refund will
be issued if the login credentials sent to the user by mail have not
been used to login to the report portal and access the report/data.
